1 Corinthians 14:14-19: Paul downplays the importance of speaking in tongues. He said that he would rather speak 5 words that people can understand rather than 10,000 words in tongues.”21

Question: So, this is something that began when pagans became Christians (i.e. the Greek) and began adding their pagan practices into Christianity?

God’s answer:

Apollo
I Am their new idol.

Question: Why did they see you as the new Apollo?

God’s answer:

Olympus is Heaven, Zeus is The Father
Apollo is the Son of Zeus, the golden boy, god of prophecy
Hell is the underworld. Hades is the devil.

Note: Interestingly this is something that I found:

“Generally speaking, the Greeks saw little difference between speaking in tongues and prophesying. Paul, however, distinguishes them in this passage. What took place there was highly valued and this no doubt influenced the value attributed to the practice of speaking in tongues in the church at Corinth. “22 23

Question: Please confirm?

God’s answer:

Hybrid
I Am a mortal God.

Question: So, in summary you are saying that the “gentiles” started mixing their old religion with Christianity (one of them being speaking in tongues)?

God’s answer:

Folk religion
Wandering Jew
I take on a local flavor wherever I go

Meaning: Christianity has been localized. Like the Greeks, we have merged Christianity with our own local transitions, superstitions and beliefs.

“In a wider sense, folk religion is the appropriation of religious beliefs and practices at a popular level. This may occur as much in urban as in rural environments, and may also be the way in which individuals or groups belonging to mainstream religions practice their religion: it may be at
